Product Overview:
Ultra-high strength aluminium alloys manufactured by spray forming can effectively solve the problems of difficult melting, forging and serious segregation existing in traditional technology, and can effectively eliminate macro segregation, make the structure uniform and fine, and improve the alloying degree. 7055 aluminium alloy is the highest strength alloy among deformed aluminium alloys up to now, commonly known as "trump card aluminium alloy". It is also the best ultra-high strength aluminium alloy registered in the United States. Spray forming 7055 aluminium alloy ingot is the most widely used extrusion and forging materials. It replaces traditional aluminium alloy, alloy steel, titanium alloy and other materials in structural parts and achieves weight loss of 20-60%.

The standard stipulates that the first-order grain size is the finest grain with the size of 161.2 micron, while the spray forming grain size is only about 1/4~1/3 of the finest grain size in the standard, and the grain boundary is obvious. There is no obvious loosening at the junction of the three grains, and the crystalline phase is uniformly distributed in the crystal.
