The melting process of
5A06 alloy aluminum plate sheet is the same as that of 5A05 alloy. The complete annealing process of the alloy is as follows: 310-335 ℃, when the thickness of the material is less than 6 mm, air-cooled or water-cooled after heat penetration; when the thickness is more than 6 mm, holding for 30 minutes, air-cooled or water-cooled. 5A06O alloy has good corrosion resistance. Cold work hardening can lead to spalling corrosion. The corrosion resistance of 5A06O alloy is affected by annealing conditions and heating system during production and use.
The spalling corrosion resistance of 5A06 alloy is closely related to the processing technology. If the processing technology is improper, spalling corrosion may occur, affecting the service life. In order to improve the service life of
5A06 aluminum alloy plate sheet , stabilization treatment can be adopted.
Stabilizing temperature below 100℃can not improve corrosion resistance. If the temperature is too high and the time is prolonged, the intensity will be reduced. The suitable stabilization temperature is 220℃* 16h. Suitable stabilization system can make the B phase of the material distribute evenly without chain, reduce the anode area, and thus improve the service life of 5A06 alloy.
5A06H34 aluminum alloy plate sheet is a common product, hot rolled strip reserved 25% - 35% cold working rate, intermediate annealing, cold rolled to the thickness of the finished product, stabilized annealing, other production according to the current process, can improve the yield.
The mechanical properties of
5A06 O aluminum alloy plate sheetalso fluctuate widely. With the increase of holding time, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of 5A06 alloy sheet decrease gradually. It can be seen that too long holding time will affect the strength of the sheet.
