Spray forming 7055 aluminum alloy can be extruded into strips, sheets, bars, pipes and profiles of different specifications and cross-section geometries according to different design and performance requirements.
7055 aluminium alloy is the traditional aluminium alloy with the highest content and strength, commonly known as "ace aluminium alloy".

Tensile strength: The T6 state tensile strength of extruded bar is more than 700 MPa, and the elongation is more than 9%.
Fracture toughness: Under the same heat treatment condition, the fracture toughness is higher than 7075, 7050, and 36% higher than 7050.
Fatigue strength: Under the same heat treatment condition, the fatigue strength is 50% higher than 7050.
Compressive strength: T76 state compressive strength of 7055 aluminum alloy by spray forming is more than 890 MPa and compressive yield is more than 710 MPa.
Hardenability: The hardenability is 210 mm in diameter.
Resistance to elasticity: Resistance to elasticity is more than 50% higher than that of traditional aluminum alloy. Resistance coefficient reaches 1.84.53 type 7.62mm. Common bullet 100 m away from incident angle 45 degrees. Design of spray forming 7055 aluminum alloy 13 mm thick extruded sheet, no cracks on the back of the impact point. 12.7mm armour-piercing incendiary projectile fired at 7055 26mm thick extruded sheet at a distance of 100m from incident angle of 45 degrees. There was no crack on the back of the impact point.
Stress corrosion resistance: spray forming 7055 aluminium alloy T76 state did not crack after 20 days'stress corrosion test at 470 MPa, which is far higher than the US standard of 7050/7085 241 MPa.
Welding performance: friction stir welding coefficient 80%.
Forgetability: Spray forming makes 7055 aluminium alloy forgeable, while American 7055 aluminium alloy can not be forged.
