7B50 7150 aluminum plates are developed on the basis of Al-Zn-Mg alloy by adding Cu, and its strength is higher than that of 2××× series alloys. The yield strength of the alloy is close to the tensile strength, and the yield ratio is high. The strength is also very high, but the plasticity and high temperature strength are low, and it is particularly suitable for the production of large thick plates and forgings. It is widely used in transportation, aerospace and other industrial sectors.
7B50 7150 aluminum plates are a typical Al-Zn-Mg-Cu plus Zr highly alloyed 7000 series aluminum alloy. It is a modified alloy developed on the basis of the optimization of the main alloy composition of 7050. By adjusting the composition of the main alloy elements and making Fe, The number of Si and other impurity dispersed phases is reduced, which improves the toughness and anti-stripping corrosion resistance of the alloy.
