Aluminum alloy has the characteristics of low density, high specific strength, good formability and process performance, high recovery rate and low cost. This determines that aluminum alloy material has become one of the ideal lightweight materials for new energy vehicles. Aluminum alloys commonly used in aerospace have incomparable excellent properties compared with aluminum alloys commonly used in civil use. With the continuous improvement of automobile performance requirements, the application proportion of aluminum alloys commonly used in aerospace in new energy vehicles is gradually increasing. 7278 aluminum alloy is a super hard aluminum material for aerospace. The application of
7278 aluminum plate sheet in new energy vehicle parts will greatly improve the performance of the vehicle, but its formability is poor.
(1) The drawing experiment of
7278 aluminum plate sheet at 355 ℃ can obtain large plastic deformation, and its reasonable drawing temperature is 355 ℃.
(2) The properties of 7278 aluminum alloy with different plate thickness are different at reasonable drawing temperature. The specimens with thickness of 1.2mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm reach the tensile limit prematurely and fail, and the properties are poor; The specimens with thickness of 1.6mm and 2.0mm are still effective after drawing, and the performance is good.
(3) When the specimen with thickness of 1.6mm is drawn, the metal flow of sheet metal is uniform due to the strong restriction of friction on metal flow, and the phenomenon of "lug" is not obvious; When the specimen with thickness of 2.0mm is deep drawn, due to the weak restriction of friction on metal flow, the uneven flow of sheet metal caused by texture is easy, and the phenomenon of "lug" is obvious.
