7175 aluminum alloy is a highly purified modified alloy based on 7075 aluminum alloy. The impurities of Fe and Si are reduced from 0.50% and 0.40% to 0.20% and 0.15% respectively, which are used to manufacture forged structural parts with high strength and stress corrosion resistance.
7175 forged aluminum rings are characterized by adopting special processing and heat treatment process to make its strength close to 7075-T6 alloy forgings, and 7075 T73 forgings with stress corrosion resistance close to the best corrosion resistance state. The reduction of Fe and Si impurities can not only improve the forging performance of aluminum alloy, but also significantly improve the stress corrosion resistance and fracture toughness of forgings.
7175 alloy is used for forging and forging rings, and its material status is T74
7175 forged aluminum ring is a new alloy with excellent strength, toughness and stress corrosion cracking resistance, which is suitable for machining aircraft parts.
7175 aluminum alloy is used for forging high strength structure of aircraft. 7175-t736 material has good comprehensive properties, that is, high strength, peeling corrosion resistance, stress corrosion cracking resistance, fracture toughness and fatigue strength.
