Corrosive characteristics. As an important structural material, 7003 alloy aviation aluminum profile is used in aviation, transportation, sports equipment and other fields. At present, 7003 alloy has been used to replace the previous 6-series alloy for structural parts such as dining car, luggage rack and seat support on civil aircraft. According to the European standard (en-755), the standard composition of 7003 alloy includes Zn: 5.0 ~ 6.5; Mg:0.5 ~ 1.0; Cu≤0.2; Si≤0.3; Fe≤0.35; Mn≤0.3; Cr≤0.2。 7003-t6 standard mechanical properties include tensile strength RM: 350Mpa; Yield strength (Rp0.2): 290mpa; Elongation (a50mmb): 8%.


 
As we all know, 7 series aluminum alloy is not suitable for extrusion of complex hollow profiles because of its hard material and poor fluidity due to the addition of alloy elements such as zinc, magnesium and copper. Numerous manufacturers at home and abroad have competed for development without success. The main reason is that the extrusion speed is slow, the efficiency is low, the die is easy to be damaged and the service life is low. 7. The material has poor fluidity, hard material and large metal deformation resistance. When extruding this product, the die bears great pressure, resulting in easy deformation and cracking of the die.
