6026 T8 T9 aluminum rod bar is: Casting → extrusion → aging → drawing. 6026-t9 bar has high performance requirements. The dimension tolerance of finished bar is - + 0.005 mm, and the straightness is 0.3 mm every 3 m. 6026 alloy is a newly developed medium strength aluminum alloy, which is widely used. At present, the European ROHS Committee strictly controls the content of lead, so the content of lead should be reduced as much as possible. Considering that the addition of Pb and Bi will consume mg and form Mg2Pb and mg3bi, and their binding ability is stronger than that of Mg2Si, the low Mg content will affect the mechanical properties to a certain extent.
